  • 1.Confidentiality
  • Our consultants treat client information as confidential and will neither take personal advantage of privileged information gathered during an assignment, nor enable others to do so.

  • 2.Unrealistic Expectations
  • Our consultant refrain from encouraging unrealistic expectations or promising clients that benefits are certain from specific management consulting services.

  • 3.Commissions / Financial Interests
  • Our consultant neither accept commissions, remuneration, nor other benefits from a third party in connection with recommendations to a client without the client's knowledge and consent, nor fail to disclose any financial interest in goods or services which form part of such recommendations.

  • 4.Assignments
  • Our consultant accepts only assignments which the member has the skills and knowledge to perform.

  • 5.Conflicting Assignments
  • Our consultant avoid acting simultaneously in potentially conflicting situations without informing all parties in advance that this is intended.

  • 6.Conferring with Client
  • Our consultant ensure that before accepting any engagement, a mutual understanding of the objectives, scope, work plan,and fee arrangements has been established, and that any personal, financial, or other interest which might influence the conduct of the work has been disclosed.

  • 7.Recruiting
  • Our consultant refrains from inviting an employee of a client to consider alternative employment without prior discussion with the client.

  • 8.Approach
  • Our consultant maintains a fully professional approach in all dealings with clients, the general public, and fellow members.

  • Other Associate Management Consultants
  • Our consultant ensures that other associate management consultants carrying out work on behalf of the company are conversant with and abide by this Code of Professional Conduct.
    Our consultants are developed through various stages; There are three levels of progression: early (technical expert),advanced (expert management consultant and, and mastery)

  • Consulting Competencies: These are the core consultancy skills, tools, and techniques which our consultants have and are essential in delivering consulting services that work for our clients.
  • Consulting Skills and Behaviors, and Ethics: These define the professional skills,behaviors, and attitudes which act as "enablers" in achieving market capability, knowledge and Consulting Competence for every assignment taken. They establish the level of credibility and trust between our client and our consultant.
