Administrative Assistant – 25Positions

Key Responsibilities:

  • ● Answer multi-line telephone system and direct calls in a prompt and professional manner.
  • ● Great and assist any visitors in a professional,helpful and enthusiastic manner
  • ● Manage company directories
  • ● Manage data entry in databases
  • ● As the Administrative Assistant you will order supplies for the copy and break rooms as well as for individual departments and branches.  Proactively work with Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure best options are being ordered to maintain costs
  • ● Maintain break/supply rooms ensuring that they are neat, organized and stocked
  • ● Arrange maintenance for copy room equipment, break room appliances and any maintenance for the building. 
  • ● Distribute mail and shipments
  • ● Generate reports, presentations and correspondence using MS Office applications
  • ● Coordinate Travel for our internal/external offices

Skills and Qualifications required:

To become an airport baggage handler, you will need to have:
  • ● Good levels of fitness to lift and move heavy loads
  • ● Honesty and reliability
  • ● The ability to work as part of a team
  • ● Good communication skills
  • ● A willingness to work flexibly
  • ● The ability to work quickly, due to short turnaround times
  • ● Some basic mechanical knowledge to work with conveyors and lifting equipment
